Refunds and Exchanges
Postage and packaging charges are not refundable.
Goods damaged during delivery will be replaced without charge.
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me within 10 days of receiving your package. I will do all best to resolve the problem quickly. I will refund (item price only,I won't be able to refund shipping) or exchange your item. In case of refund or exchange you will be responsible for return shipping costs and making sure that the item makes it back in the original condition.
If package has delivery issues because of wrong address, I will re-send you the item only if I receive the item back from the reciever and the buyer must pay for the shipping.
